Push Mobile Technology platform is a private skills development platform designed to equip Africa’s mobile workforce — including riders, logistics workers, and MSMEs — with practical, market-ready training that helps them earn more, perform better, and grow faster.
We deliver independent, real-world upskilling programs that reflect what the market demands: better customer service, smart time management, digital tools, and professional soft skills. Think of us like a workforce bootcamp — built for the streets, powered by experience, and focused on helping people succeed.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our platform. And by using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
4. Account Registration
- You must create an account to access learning content.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
5. Payment
- Our learning platform operates on an on-demand model. Fees vary by course.
- Payment is due per course and grants access to training modules, progress tracking, and certification.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including text, videos, certificates, images, graphics, and branding, is exclusively owned by Push Mobile Technology Nigeria Limited or its licensors.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
7. Certifications
- Users may earn certificates after completing modules.
- Certificates are issued digitally and do not represent a formal academic qualification. Our certificates are private, non-governmental credentials that demonstrate skills gained through practical training. They are respected by employers and partners who value real-world capability.
- We offer various types of certificates, including a Certificate of Completion for participants who complete our comprehensive training program, which encompasses all required lessons, activities, and assessments. And Digital Skills Achievement Certificate for participants who complete specific modules or micro-courses related to digital literacy, mobile apps, or productivity tools.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your login with others.
- Upload harmful, false, or offensive content.
- Use the platform for unlawful activities.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee job placement or business success as a result of using our learning platform.
- Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We offer only private skills development program (e.g., like a bootcamp or consultancy) focused on soft skills, customer service, logistics, or digital literacy delivered by us, for workforce improvement or upskilling. Our programs are developed independently, based on real-world insights and job needs — not tied to any government licensing body. Our focus is on impact, not paperwork.
11. Limitation of Liability
Push Mobile is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of our learning platform, including but not limited to data loss or downtime.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms. We will notify users via email or in-app notifications. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
