These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of all products, platforms, services, websites, learning systems, training programs, content, and managed services provided by Push Mobile Technology ("Push Mobile", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, subscribing to, purchasing from, or using any Push Mobile service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
PushMobile Technology is a training operations and learning technology company providing mobile-first learning systems, managed training services, certification programs, and workforce enablement solutions.
We operate as:
A Learning Management System (LMS) provider
A fully managed training implementation partner
A training content developer and certification facilitator
A workforce enablement and compliance support platform
PushMobile services may include, but are not limited to:
Access to the Push Mobile LMS.
Pre‑recorded courses, micro‑learning modules, assessments, and certifications
Managed training administration (enrollment, tracking, reporting)
Corporate and enterprise workforce training programs
Pilot training programs and workforce onboarding initiatives
Consulting, curriculum design, and implementation support
Specific features, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and service levels may be governed by separate proposals, service schedules, or Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Where applicable, those documents prevail.
You confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have lawful authority to act for an organization
You have the authority to bind the company or entity you represent
All information provided to Push Mobile is accurate and current
Push Mobile reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organization at its discretion.
Some services require account creation. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
All activities conducted under your account
Promptly notifying Push Mobile of unauthorized access
Push Mobile may suspend or terminate access where misuse, abuse, non‑payment, or security risk is detected.
You agree not to:
Copy, resell, redistribute, or sublicense Push Mobile content or platform access without written permission
Reverse‑engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the platform
Upload false, illegal, defamatory, or harmful material
Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or payment requirements
Use Push Mobile services to train third parties outside the agreed scope
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
All content, systems, software, training materials, videos, frameworks, assessments, branding, trademarks, and methodologies remain the exclusive intellectual property of Push Mobile Technology, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use materials strictly for internal training purposes during the service period.
No ownership rights are transferred.
Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
All fees are payable in advance unless contractually agreed otherwise
Subscription fees, pilot fees, or enterprise fees are non‑refundable once service delivery has commenced
Failure to pay may result in access suspension or termination.
Push Mobile reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice for renewals or future engagements.
PushMobile provides the platform for training, assessments, and certificates based on defined completion criteria.
We do not guarantee:
Employment
Promotion
Increased income
Regulatory approval beyond stated certification scope
Business profitability or operational outcomes
Results depend on participant effort, organizational adoption, and external factors.
Push Mobile processes user data for training delivery, analytics, certification, and service improvement.
We commit to:
Reasonable security safeguards
Limited access to personal data
Compliance with applicable Nigerian data protection regulations
Users consent to data collection and usage necessary to deliver services. Detailed practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Push Mobile aims for high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for:
Internet failures
Device limitations
Force majeure events
Third‑party service disruptions
Planned maintenance or upgrades may temporarily restrict access.
Where third‑party platforms, payment processors, or hosting services are used, Push Mobile is not responsible for their independent failures, policies, or changes.
Use of third‑party tools is subject to their respective terms.
Push Mobile may terminate or suspend services if:
Terms are breached
Payments are overdue
Services are misused
Legal or regulatory risk arises
Clients may terminate according to the terms of their agreement; however, fees already paid remain non‑refundable.
Upon termination, access to systems and content may be revoked.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Push Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 3 months
Use of Push Mobile services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold Push Mobile harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of services
Violation of these Terms
Unauthorized training or redistribution
Breach of laws or regulations by your organization or trainees
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
Push Mobile may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.
